"Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse."
Romans 12:14
(NKJV)
STAND UP AND FIGHT
As I sit here and write, as an adult now I can stand up and fight
For all those children that went to bed in fright
For all their leaders that lost site
To protect the little ones
Look at the leaders are priests and nuns
A nun takes a child and gives him such a shake
Just like a toy it would eventually break
Shook so hard the blood would come out
I sat there and watched, but I wanted to shout
Leave him alone don’t make him cry
You will just hurt him and make him shy
We all wanted to yell, "Stop leave him alone!"
But we all sat there and all the secrets were never known
Take a child in the cloak room
Where we kept our backpacks and the broom
You would take them in there if they didn’t do what they were told
You came off so tough and so bold
You would yell and you would scold
For your heart was so very cold
You would always give the children to blame
When you should have taken the shame
Now I am grown up and so mad
Can’t remember if I told my mom or dad
For now this poem will end
I need to go find my friend
So with these words I won’t pretend
It is time for me to get rid of the hurt
And all the other children that were made to feel like dirt
It is time to stand up and fight
For now I know what is right
JESUS INSPIRING NEW LEADERS – Good over Evil Good always wins
Leaders quest for power, money and control
Your leadership has lost so many souls
No matter what, it was your choice
You chose to listen to devil voice
To my church, you brought shame
Does not matter what you claim
Your weakness brought the devil fame
Not the people, you’re to blame
Taken my children behind closed doors
Crimes committed not once but more
Every act done the devil score
Like a whip, my skin tore
Your actions made my children frail
Anyone else, punishment would be jail
To mother earth, you brought hell
Start over again, this I shall
Took a vow to represent me
Lead children crying to their knees
Humans nail me to a tree
Chose the devil, couldn’t you see
What King is on your throne?
Love for others you haven’t shown
Here in heaven your actions known
It’s not about protecting your own
Prince of darkness, black like night
Prince of brightness, morning sun light
Devil gifts, blindness, fear and fright
My gifts love, laughter, together sight
On a mission been a search
New leaders to represent my church
Not about control, about being kind
People come back, treasure you'll find
Good over evil will always win
Know the leaders that have sinned
Watching over you from above
Who is choosing joy and love?
